Job Description:

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Demonstrating knowledge of risk assessments to include risk management and internal controls; Assessing the life cycle of the risk assessment framework, policies, and methodologies using enterprise risk management knowledge; Working knowledge of the United States Navy structure. You will promulgate approved enterprise and integrated risk management policies within the organization based on policy to develop and issue implementing procedures to subordinate commands.
You will be responsible for analysis, facilitation, reporting, and providing recommendations for the enterprise risk profile, improving quality, and establishing appropriate metrics.
You will oversee system implementation and sustainment.
You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative for the DNS's Internal Control Program Office.
