Job Description:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will supervise and oversee execution of financial management functions impacting the command and provide guidance to all elements of budget formulation.
You will be responsible for adherence to budget and program execution instruction and guidance to determine policy impacts on NAVSCIATTS.
You will be responsible for development, documentation, presentation and proper execution of budget plans and maintain constant surveillance over budget operations.
You will ensure effectiveness of management and internal controls applicable to budget operations.
You will monitor obligations and expenditures throughout the execution phase of the annual operating budget.
