Job Description:
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PLANS, POLICIES, AND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS. The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Offers of employment related to this vacancy announcement will not be executed until the position has an approved exemption.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, developing, OR implementing Program Management for a large organization or enterprise; AND Analyzing, developing, OR implementing policies, standards, procedures, OR methodologies for annual program reviews. You will plan, develop, and implement Program Management Office management services.
You will provide the infrastructure and help establish and maintain processes.
You will lead, update, and maintain the DPRI Enterprise Program Management Plan.
You will lead the definition, capture, and integration of enterprise data.
You will analyze and provide strategic executive level overview and reporting.
