Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH- 03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: deployment or sustainment of a acquisition program, leading ship integration programs, and liaising or collaborating with Department staff organizations. You will function as the outward facing representative for SSP for all aspects of the Common Missile Compartment (CMC), which applies to both the U.S. COLUMBIA Class and UK Dreadnought Class of weapons systems.
You will collaborate externally (i.e NAVSEA, GAO, OSD, OPNAV) to SSP by coordinating, reviewing, and responding to all outside inquiries related to those SSP equities associated with the COLUMBIA Class and/or with the CMC Portfolio.
You will provide oversight for all Ship Integration Branch contracting efforts with private industry and government activities associated with the CMC.
You will provide oversight and track all CMC Portfolio technical branch contract awards, execution activities, and obligations against plans.
You will support and defend cost estimate submissions into PMS397's annual Program Objective Memorandum and Budget Estimate Submissions through demonstrated experience in DoD's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process.
