Job Description:

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-3 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing contracting operations (e.g., performance, cost, schedule, Earned Value Management (EVM)) to measure program accomplishments and formulate improvements to ensure productivity and efficiency of acquisition program activities. You will develop and implement contract strategies that align with national, SSP, and CPS goals, focusing on improving customer service and program performance.
You will supervise Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), overseeing contract performance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring effective communication and customer service.
You will lead pre-award activities, including proposal planning, procurement, and contract formation, ensuring contracts are established and negotiated effectively.
You will monitor and track contract expenditures and schedule compliance, certifying vouchers and working with SPC's financial team to manage contract costs and ensure financial alignment.
You will ensure contract deliverables meet required standards, conducting inspections, overseeing contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and appropriations laws.
