The Workplace Location Services Analyst acts as the true face of the firm, creating an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: 
Assists with executing and overseeing the activities required to ensure interiors meet Accenture policies and standards.
Assists with employee services and requests, directing them to the appropriate resource.
Works closely with the team, local EQ, technology departments, and building management to ensure quality service leading up to, on event day, and following.
Establishes relationships with internal (cross-functional) groups to ensure consistent delivery of service and appropriately resolving all escalations related to production shoots.
Being comfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed.
Assists with executing and overseeing the regular scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs of infrastructure and equipment.
Ensures that all guests internal and building check requirements are met.
Performs daily walkthroughs throughout office space to ensure Accenture standards are met.

Job Requirements:
Full availability to work at onsite location 8 hours, Monday-Friday, and occasionally outside of these hours (7 am - 6 pm ET)
