The Facilities and Services Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of workplace maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Leadership
Oversees day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with policies, sustainability efforts, budgets, and service standards.
Provides leadership, employee supervision, and development for team members within scope of responsibility.
Service Delivery & Performance
Plans and manage workplace services—including maintenance, housekeeping, mail, logistics, and asset management—while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Conducts quality assurance checks and implement programs to enhance operational performance.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Develops and manage contracts with external service providers and monitor performance against strategy and budget.
Leads and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning & Compliance
Supports long-term business planning and execution of Workplace Services strategy.
Ensures adherence to health, safety, and security standards, and maintain compliance with local legislation and company policies.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
Manages invoices, reporting, and administrative tasks for the location.
Acts as primary point of contact for landlord, vendors, and Workplace Services tools/databases.
