We are looking for a Data Integration Services Coordinator to support one of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Service Coordination & Monitoring
Assist in daily coordination with managed service providers (MSPs)
Monitor SLAs and KPIs using dashboards and reports
Escalate issues to senior team members or vendors as needed
Data & Integration Support
Support routine checks on data pipelines and integrations
Help document issues and resolutions for ETL/ELT processes
Collaborate with senior engineers to understand design standards
Stakeholder Communication
Share regular status updates with internal leads
Participate in vendor meetings and take notes/action items
Help track compliance and performance metrics
Process & Documentation
Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements
Learn and apply automation tools under guidance
10% onsite at the client lab in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC
