Specialized Experience: specialized experience is defined as: studies and analyzes the installation's activities and develops fire prevention and protection programs. Reviews and approves contingency plans to effectively handle Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), CBRNE, Force Protection, and Hazardous Materials incidents.
