Responsibilities:

As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions.
You will provide technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that align with project goals.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
Analyze testing outcomes and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
