You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the COMPTROLLER GROUP/BUDGET FORM JUSTIFICATION & EXECUTION DEPT of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Master concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels 2. Develop, recommend and implement budgetary/financial policies 3. Interpret, assess and project potential impact of new/revised Congressional legislation 4. Analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting financial execution data and resolving variances 5. Communicate clearly both orally and in writing for the purpose of providing information and guidance to management or customers at all levels. You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
You will formulate budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities.

You will provide technical guidance and training to junior team personnel.
