You will serve as a Training Administrator of NAVAL STATION.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Teaching, training, public speaking and counseling; 2. Delivery of education services, with a focus on human/personal growth and career development; 3. Interpreting professional adult learning theories; 5. Interpreting program development and program coordination; 6. Presenting information to large, medium, and small groups of people in a clear and concise manner. Skilled in the use of program presentation technology; 7. Interpreting program evaluations, needs assessments, and survey data and to implement results in program delivery and marketing planning; 8. Exposure to or experience in the military lifestyle and demonstrated knowledge of military community support programs.
