Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN in the SENSORS WEAPONS & LAUNCHERS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band or grade level (GS-11/12) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the technical planning, implementation, system integration and support of Combat Systems and Weapon Systems to ensure the efficient and effective execution of ship warfare readiness operational objectives. You will be responsible for the administration of personnel, technical, and financial management of the assigned branch.
You will identify budget requirements and collaborate with the project office to allocate and manage approved funds.
You will manage the integration, testing, evaluation, and assessment of surface ship combat weapons systems.
You will manage systems and equipment critical for carrying, launching, and delivering ordnance.
You will oversee the integration of all launching system interfaces within ship combat systems and warfare elements.
You will lead and direct the development of personnel, evaluate performance against objectives and ensure procedural compliance.
