Job Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Plans, Policies, and Operations Department of HQ US MARINE CORPS. The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Offers of employment related to this vacancy announcement will not be executed until the position has an approved exemption.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and implementing Foreign Disclosure and Technology Transfer policy and procedures based on legal requirements, higher headquarters directives and critical analysis. You will serve as the USMC subject matter expert regarding Foreign Disclosure (FD)/ Technology Transfer (TT) matters.
You will review and analyze program-related reports from other Services, Department of Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense (DoD) to determine their possible impact on the Marine Corps.
You will review and analyze studies sponsored by DoN, DoD, the other Services, or private research organizations to determine impact of conclusions or recommendations on Marine Corps programs.
You will provide expert guidance to senior leadership and to MARFORs, Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) and supporting establishment commands.
You will ensure that the Marine Corps is in compliance with national, DoD and DoN foreign disclosure laws and directives.
You will work closely with the Marine Corps Inspector General (IG) to provide and update foreign disclosure input for the IG check list.
