Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients.
Develop technical specifications and related documentation.
Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment.
Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives.
Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment.
Coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders.
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
