Job Description:

You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) in the OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICE (CODE 106) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other documents. Experience keeping supervisors' calendar and schedules, appointments, and meetings based on personal knowledge of workload and current issues, without prior approval from supervisor. Experience receiving visitors and phone calls to accurately and tactfully determine nature of request and refers only to those contacts needing staff attention. Experience using a variety of office automation software in support of the organization.
