Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12-14 or NT-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading business operations which span vision promulgation, culture change, business plan development/shaping/monitoring, and financial management (i.e. working capital fund and general fund); 2) Developing strategic objectives into an execution plan and implementing risk-based assessment tools; and 3) Promoting innovation, knowledge management, and promulgating a data driven decision making culture in order to improve command efficiency and effectiveness.
