You are:
A skilled Salesforce Development Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions. The candidate should be proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization and administration and have experience in software development. Experience in Sales, Service and/or Experience cloud is a plus.
The Work:
Design, configure, and customize Salesforce application built in Sales, Service or Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce.
Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
Manage and Lead small engagement teams (up to 5 members) to deliver projects.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office in Nashville, TN or Chesterbrook, PA.
