Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Center for Data & Insights [CDI].
Responsibilities: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope and monitoring the execution of deliverables. You will communicate with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, Scope Management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is suggested.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team input and innovation.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform project decisions and strategies.
Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities in project management.
