The Work:

As a Salesforce Application Developer you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on high-quality code, scalability, and performance. The role requires extensive experience with Salesforce development and configuration tools and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Platforms in scope include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
As the Dev Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing and support the other team developers, reviewing solutions for feasibility, assisting with story point assignments, defect management, and escalations. Strong communication skills are required.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Chesterbrook, PA or Nashville, TN. Due to client restrictions, this role will require US Citizenship.

Certification: Salesforce Admin is a must, Salesforce Service/Sales cloud is a must, PD1 and PD2 are recommended, Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator is a must
