You are:
A Supply Chain and Operations professional who helps clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and/or fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chains. You use your data skills to develop and implement strategies that improve the entire supply chain process by applying cost efficiency, increasing business effectiveness, and creating synergies and collaboration across companies. You’ve also got the communication skills to make sure that everyone understands your ideas and how to get them working as quickly as possible. Your experience means that people look to you for guidance and ideas. And you know how to make sure teams get their work done on time, every time.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for running all aspects of client cost optimization or process optimization projects, including project and people management, client and supplier communications, supplier negotiations, and delivery of project results. You will also actively lead and mentor our consultant and analyst resources
Develop overall project plans and lead all parts of the client engagement
Manage project support resources and coordinate with subject matter experts from within and outside the firm
Develop creative client strategies and recommendations
Present updates and recommendations to client executives
Build consensus among client stakeholders
Develop and nurture relationships with clients
Support in developing internal strategies, intellectual capital, and deliverables
Support client sales origination
Strategic sourcing (both within companies and across private equity portfolios)
Procurement process reengineering
Spend analysis and savings opportunity diagnostic
Pre-purchase due diligence
Make vs. buy decision analysis
Benchmarking and best practices implementation
Job Requirements:
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
