responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability. Provides
highly visible frontline leadership and continuous improvement across the value
stream.

assembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.Establishes
and maintains an effective 5S culture.Develops and
enforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.Communicates
daily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.Conducts
daily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings.

delivery.Leads waste
elimination projects.Guides
