This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with performing Hazardous waste(HW)/Hazardous material (HM) storage and disposal; assisting with emergency spill response operations; and utilizing databases to develop reports and maintain records. You will collect hazardous material (HM) and hazardous waste (HM) from locations across the Installation and relocate to the Consolidation Center or Reuse Facility.
You will ensure data is entered into the Hazardous Material Management System (HMMS) database.
You will collect data to support day-to-day Hazardous Materials (HM), and Hazardous Waste (HW), environmental management operations.
You will perform HM pollution prevention functions.
You will participate on the 24-hour emergency spill response team.
