Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will lead in defining performance and reliability requirements for the weapon system's various flight systems.
You will oversee the design, development, and testing of flight system components to meet all performance and schedule requirements.
You will manage the hardware design for the full life of missile components, monitoring the performance and reliability of deployed systems.
You will lead special programs requiring expert knowledge of weapon systems, including developing new concepts and supporting Department of Defense test programs.
You will directly supervise a staff of engineers, handling work assignments, performance evaluations, hiring, and professional development.
