Proactively circulates among patrons to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving complaints and providing expert instruction on the safe and proper use of facilities and equipment.
Spearheads the planning, publicity, and execution of special events, social activities, and tournaments, coordinating all logistical support to ensure successful functions.
Provides hands-on patron assistance by demonstrating new equipment, teaching instructional classes, and managing the equipment checkout process to enhance user experience and safety.
Acts as a key point of contact and guide within the facility, offering information, resolving issues, and providing work guidance to other staff members to maintain a service-oriented environment.
