This position is located at Caro/Jordan Fitness Center, Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Regular Full-Time position with a minimum work week of 40 hours and eligible for benefits. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must demonstrate the ability to offer excellent guest service. Must have or be able to obtain current American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED training certification within 6 months of hire.
Instructs, monitors, and assists other Recreation Aids in proper opening procedures, maintenance, and standards required to keep the Fitness Center in tip-top shape to ensure guest satisfaction. Works as a receptionist and facility worker.
Responsible for cleaning fitness machines, fitness, locker rooms and pool areas. Must be familiar with the operation of all fitness equipment and be able to explain use to guests.
Is familiar with the working of the pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi operations, ensures safety and usage is monitored, and identifies problems and informs supervisor of malfunctions.
Opens and closes facility daily. Utilizes automated booking system for personal training appointments. Responsible for money handling and maintaining internal control practices as a cashier.
Reports any problems to the Fitness Facility Manager as soon as possible in order to maintain a high quality service to guests. Performs other duties as assigned.
