Responsibilities:
This is role within the Case Management team and involves coordinating and executing Salesforce projects, facilitating global collaboration, and addressing stakeholder queries.
Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with global teams to meet throughput and accuracy targets.
Respond to stakeholder queries on project status and deliverables.
Coordinate closely with cross functional partners to ensure alignment.
Schedule UAT testing sessions for platform users.
Prepare UAT instructions, testing scripts, and communication updates.
Participate in UAT activities and provide structured feedback on new features.
Support communication needs during project milestones, outages, changes, and releases.
Drive user adoption by developing training materials, SOPs, process guides, and workflow documentation.
Gather and address user feedback, concerns, and feature requests.
Manage customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and plan improvement actions.
Monitor outages, bugs, and inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
Operational Documentation & Website Creation
Research and design structure for an internal team website.
Create site maps, workflow diagrams, and process flows.
Document production support processes, SLAs, and turnaround times.
Required Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Experience coordinating with cross functional teams across global time zones.
Ability to create documentation, SOPs, and training assets.
Detail oriented, structured, and proactive in identifying process improvements.
Analysis and reporting and familiarity with UAT processes, project workflows, and case management tools.
