This position is located at All American Bingo facility, Fort Bragg, NC. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF paysetting rules apply to this vacancy.
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or program manager role within Army NAF Business Operations, or as a Business/Program/Financial Analyst at the regional, or headquarters level. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive financial analysis for federal government programs utilizing standard financial management systems to ensure fiscal accountability and optimal resource allocation. Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally through written correspondence and oral communication. In order to be considered for the highly preferred criteria, your resume must show that you meet BOTH the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the high preferred criteria. Manages a large business activity and formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies and coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.
As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors and conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.
Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
