Meeting and greeting guests with professionalismCleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areasUsing proper verbiage at all timesUpholding and maintaining set uniform and grooming standardsKnowledge of spa services and amenitiesKnowledge of emergency proceduresProviding the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’sMeeting agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at-home careSales goals set depending on department and retail-to-service percentageMaintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin or Illinois requirementsAdhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa, and Kohler Co.Perform special event treatments which can be held at various locations such as golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, etc. This would also include special events being hosted at the spa such as Spaliday. These services would be secondary to the position's primary function.
