Job Description:

You Are:
A strategic thinker who bridges the gap between artificial intelligence technology and business value. You have a unique ability to translate technical AI concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with senior technical executives and business professionals. You're passionate about democratizing AI knowledge, helping leaders understand how to leverage AI for strategic advantage without getting lost in technical details. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can shape curriculum strategy, support sales initiatives, and stay at the forefront of AI's rapidly evolving technical and business applications. You understand that AI adoption is about both technical acumen and strategic leadership.
The Work:
As the AI for Leadership/Business User Stream Lead, you will lead the development and growth of our business-focused AI training portfolio, supporting executives, managers, and business professionals in understanding and leveraging AI capabilities. Working under the supervision of our Managing Director for Course Development and with a dotted line relationship to the Associate Director of Data Science and AI, you will focus specifically on non-technical audiences, developing curriculum that addresses strategic decision-making, AI governance, ethical considerations, and practical business applications. This role is critical as organizations increasingly need leaders who can guide AI adoption without necessarily having deep technical expertise.
In addition, your technical expertise will be called upon to back up the Associate Director of Data Science and AI in discussions with Accenture client teams, salespeople, and the clients themselves at times when he/she needs additional Associate Director-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for leadership and business-oriented AI training curriculum, addressing the needs of executives, managers, and business professionals
Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for sales teams on business-focused AI training, providing consultation during pre-sales engagements and proposal development
Serve as a backup subject matter expert (SME) for sales teams on technically-focused AI training, especially training for software developers and DevOps professionals.

Stay current with AI trends, business use cases, regulatory developments, and organizational best practices for AI adoption
Identify market opportunities and gaps in the current portfolio, recommending new courses or updates to meet evolving business needs
