What you'll do:
The Oracle EBS / HRMS Analyst will support the application management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle EBS version R12+ and a strong understanding of HRMS processes, with a focus on Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the application lifecycle management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Provide expertise in Oracle EBS modules, including AP, GL, AR, billing, order management
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
