Job Description:

You will serve as a Foreign Military Sales Case Manager of at the International Programs Office, Marine Corps Systems Command MARCORSYSCOM.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage AND/OR lead international military sales programs, provides expert policy advice, develops strategies, ensures compliance with regulations, AND/OR oversees the execution, evaluation, and closure of complex foreign military sales cases. You will manage foreign military sales programs and ensure compliance with regulations while meeting objectives for each assigned case.
You will provide expert technical advice and policy recommendations to senior leadership regarding program execution and closure.
You will analyze and develop strategies to improve the efficiency of foreign military sales programs.
You will collaborate with foreign government counterparts to develop and achieve shared program goals.
You will lead and organize reviews to evaluate the financial and operational status of assigned programs.
You will ensure the timely delivery of articles and services within the agreed program scope and budget.
You will represent the organization at key conferences, providing expert insights on international affairs and policy changes.
