Opportunity
 Leads day-to-day operations of Assembly at our Arkansas Faucets Operation, responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability.  Provides highly visible frontline leadership and continuous improvement across the value stream.
Specific Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
Achieves required output levels for throughput and assembly times.Develops assembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.Establishes and maintains an effective 5S culture.Develops and enforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.Communicates daily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.Conducts daily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings
Continuous Improvement
Identifies and drives improvements throughout the value stream with focus on customer deliveryLeads waste elimination projectsGuides development of the model cellPromotes and executes TPM programsEstablishes OEE baselines and improvement targetsCreates a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement

Reports solid line to Operations Manager – FaucetsSupervises Assembly SupervisorsFrequent contact with Director of Operations, Americas, and other regional operations leadersCollaborates with operations teams in Arkansas and Wisconsin, NPD Engineering, Marketing, and Process Engineering teamsParticipates in benchmarking activities
