Role Description:
In this role, you will provide quantitative support to help make data-driven decisions across the Client team. You will compile reports, conduct audits and analyses, and find insights from large data sets covering grants, employee giving, and volunteering. You will share your findings with different groups.
Responsibilities:
Process data requests
Create dashboards and reports
Conduct data audits and implement changes to clean up data
Conduct one-off analyses for senior stakeholders
Communicate data insights in an actionable manner
Contribute strategy and development of new workflows to scale client operations
Manage technological solutions for streamlining quality assurance and producing scalable training solutions to emergent workflows.
Work closely with engineers and interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams including collaborating with partners such as policy, marketing and legal to improve operational workflows via process improvements and automation
