Key Responsibilities:
Drive environment readiness for Oracle Banking platform (OCI) including infrastructure provisioning, validation, and operational readiness
Oversee production infrastructure setup across primary and secondary regions, ensuring high availability, resilience, and scalability
Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises for both production and non-production environments, including failover/failback validation and reporting
Manage and coordinate connectivity across hybrid environments (on-premises, Azure, and OCI), ensuring secure, reliable, and performant integrations
Act as the central point of coordination across infrastructure, network, security, Oracle, and application teams to drive dependencies to closure
Drive delivery using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and tracking of infrastructure deliverables
Establish and track environment readiness milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, networking, and infrastructure standards, including alignment with InfoSec and architecture guidelines
Provide executive-level reporting and communication, including progress updates, risk escalation, and decision support
