Job Description:

You will serve as a RESOURCING AND ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Total Force Management Department (N1) of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing workplace management and administrative support functions for a team or unit such as: maintaining and monitoring program budgets and resource allocations; preparing funding requests and justification; providing technical guidance on fiscal and other administrative support policies; monitoring and reporting program trends; and/or providing travel, contract, and asset support. You will track, maintain, and monitor program budgets and resource allocations to ensure financial management actions are completed in a manner that is timely, cost-effective, and complies with fiscal policies.
You will coordinate the flow, review, and/or processing of official decision documents, correspondence, or similar materials for senior leadership.
You will prepare and disseminate documentation and reports related to financial management (i.e. - procurement, resource allocation, budgets, expenditures, etc.) and other administrative support functions and best practices.
You will collect and analyze data to support workplace management (i.e. - procurement, financial, records, etc.) and administrative support practices and functions.
You will evaluate workplace management and administrative support functions in order to identify areas for improvement, develop recommendations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You will develop, update, and implement workplace management (i.e. - procurement, financial, manpower, records, travel, etc.) and administrative support objectives, procedures, and training.
You will apply a thorough knowledge of human resources methods and techniques in order to provide informed guidance on workplace management practices(i.e. -procurement, financial, manpower, records, etc.) and administrative support best practices.
