This position is located at Morale Welfare and Recreation Division at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Candidates must possess: 1. Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 3. Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of (1) year of experience related to Family and MWR Business Programs to include daily operations of NAF Fleet vehicles. Possess a minimum of (2) years of experience providing great customer service in the food and beverage industry to include Bartending & Special Events. Possess a minimum of (2) years of experience with Microsoft Excel workbooks, including analysis, calculation, and creation of financial reports to brief management. Possess a minimum (1) year experience in inventory, cash, and key control management with Army NAF Programs. *****Work Experience must be reflected on resume to receive credit. *****Applicants who meet Best Qualifying Criteria will be referred to management first.
Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers.
Determines cash shortage or overages.
Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations. Assists in setting up parties according to party plan.
May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag. Completes Daily Activity Report. Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility.
Performs other duties as assigned.
