Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the Banking Center and ATM business, as well as the drive to learn and grow in the Production Support organization.  
Communication skills across all levels
ability to understand technical documentation and basic system workflow are also important.
Ability to lead and perform under pressure.
Understanding of Network configuration - wireless and wired
Strong reporting and documentation skills including experience in Microsoft Visio Production
Support experience Knowledge of Remedy ITSM
